function. We are looking immediately for a Senior Accountant /
Assistant Controller to assume the responsibility for our book keeping
and cash management operations. We represent an excellent opportunity

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Professionally represent RJ Cole Solutions as the primary point of
contact for invoicing and payment issues.

• Meet the company's requirements for financial management, cash
management and individual objectives each quarter as described in the
bonus plan.
• Ensure the timely availability and accuracy of company
financial statements
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable,
purchase orders, petty cash, employee & purchasing expense
reimbursements, cash control and payroll processing.
• Ensure the accurate and timely management of all accounts
receivable aging components – including the direct management of the
collections process
• Manage cash so that funds are available to meet state and
federal taxes obligations without penalty
• Optimize the handling of bank balances, deposits and cash disbursements
• Advise management on the operational adjustments necessary to
meet the requirements of tax and regulatory revisions
• Advise management about insurance coverage for protection
against property losses and liabilities
• Participate in the development of company budgets
• Participate in a variety of special projects as assigned by
company management
• Arrange with management for audits of the company's accounts

REQUIREMENTS:
• Comprehensive general ledger, accounts payable, accounts
receivable, cash management, payroll, income tax and banking
knowledge.
• Must be proficient with personal computers, email, online
banking software, spreadsheet packages and Intuit Quickbooks software.
• Strong managerial abilities.
• Must be organized and able to translate, communicate, manage
and be responsible for the accounting issues according to the
guidelines of RJ Cole Solutions and generally accepted accounting
principles.
• Must be able to represent RJ Cole Solutions in a professional
manner that furthers the financial and competitive interests of RJ
Cole Solutions.
• Must be able to professionally communicate with people on all
levels within RJ Cole Solutions and with vendors, financial
institutions and customers.
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
Administration. Masters Degree or CPA certifications are a plus.
• 6+ years of hands on accounting experience.
