POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Our client, a major women's retailer and catalog company seeks
candidates for the position of Database Analyst to support the
Marketing Database Manager on the following:

1. Developing, programming, and maintaining a Lifetime Value model
2. Support of the marketing database manager in developing,
programming, and maintaining a customer based Retail Forecasting model
3. Support corporate marketing group in analyzing various Retail,
Catalog, and Web tests throughout the year
4. Support marketing database manager in creating, analyzing, and
improving Web Analytics software, tracking and reporting.
5. Support marketing database manager in utilizing and training others
on Unica Campaign Management & Business Objects Analysis tools.

REQUIREMENTS:
Intermediate to Advanced SQL skills
Strong Excel skills
Working knowledge of Relational Databases
Marketing and Circulation Analysis skills (Life Time Value Model
development a plus)
Self-Motivated and independent personality
2-3 years business or marketing analysis experience
Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Marketing
