COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
$400mm+ long/short fundamental value hedge fund in Boston seeks Senior
Fund Accountant and Operations Associate.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities include working closely with the CFO/COO to complete
fund accounting / controller / operations duties such as:

- Calculate and reconcile monthly NAV and fund financial statements
- Perform daily and monthly portfolio reporting
- Liaison with administrator, auditors, prime broker and counterparties
- Execute back office operations and support functions
- Assist with monitoring certain compliance requirements
- Verify and calculate expense and fee payments
- Perform other various ad hoc reporting and analysis

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3+ years of public accounting or fund accounting / administration
experience
- Preference for a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization
- Bright, organized and hard working individual with a friendly and
professional attitude
- Excellent computer skills including extensive experience with Excel
- Strong academic record
