Job Responsibilities: This role is a high profile role with accountability to both the Regional VP of Latin America and Executive Management Team.

 

Requirements:

• BS in Management, Marketing, Telecommunications, Engineering, Finance or similar, MBA preferred.
• Ability to research and effectively recommend plans to gain market share. 
• Experience effectively driving, influencing and relationship building.
• Proven track record in cross-functional management.
• Prior experience as a Program Manager, Product Manager, or Project Manager ideal.
• Independent thinker with strong analytical abilities.
• Big picture person with willingness to roll up his/her sleeves.
• Significant customer facing experience and success.
• Ability to communicate extremely effectively at all levels of an organization both verbally and written.
• High degree of polish and leadership skills.
• Team player.
• Excellent change manager.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.
