POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Candidates can have experience on either the buy or sell side. Must have experience meeting management teams. Must have experience doing conference calls with management teams and investor relations departments. Must be comfortable and confident in being able to walk away from those meetings and putting on ideas in the portfolio right away and adding value right away as opposed to needing to be trained or have hand held.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Master's degree in business administration from a leading university(or similar undergraduate degree with 5+ years experience)
• Strongquantitative and research skills, including financial modeling skills
• Professional services experience (e.g. consulting or investmentbanking) is a plus
• Experience in the financial services industry isa plus
• Strong Powerpoint and Excel required
