POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Daily update of various spreadsheets and models
• Daily reconciliation of portfolio
• Source, evaluate and execute some stock loan

• Act as a liaison between the back office and Trading to resolve any
trading related issues

QUALIFICATIONS:
• B.S. Accounting/Finance
• 1-2 Years Experience

multi-task effectively • Solid knowledge of Microsoft XP suite

one of the most respected leaders in the real estate investment
management business with over 30 years of experience.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Client reports/letters:
· Manage the creation and distribution of annual and quarterly
institutional client letters and updates – participate in the writing,
review, and editing processes
· Respond to client requests for transaction pipelines and performance
data in coordination with investment centers
Marketing Materials/Projects:
· Create and manage CPI marketing, advertising, and client
communication policy to be adopted by all users of CPI marketing
materials
· Manage creation, approval, and use of CPI marketing materials (in
collaboration with CPI Product Development), including:
o Institutional product presentations and fact cards
o High net worth product presentations and fact cards
o Research papers
o Website management
o General CPI overview presentations and fact cards

· Manage creation, approval, and use of CPI advertising materials,
including press releases and general advertising
· Collaborate with CPI Research to edit and format research reports
and schedule and structure CAI and client conference calls
· Oversee CPI's graphics designer and RFP writer / database coordinator

REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum 4-6 years of experience at a financial institution
· Strong editing/writing skills
· Good organizational skills and attention to detail
· Knowledge of real estate and investment management sectors is
helpful, but not required
· Ability to make effective decisions regarding complicated and
dynamic market/client situations
· Strong problem-solving abilities, computer skills and superior
communication skills required
· Must be motivated top performer who works well in a team environment.
