POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We currently have an opportunity for a BUSINESS/FINANCIAL ANALYST for
ourWorldwide Sales and Marketing organization. In this role, you will
be responsible for establishing and maintaining a business
intelligence process that will analyze and communicate operating
performance against internal targets and industry/competitor trends.
Other responsibilities include strategic planning, profitability and
investment analysis, process control and management reporting.
Specific responsibilities include:
· Providing strategic financial support through profitability
and investment analysis, trend analysis.
· Assisting in developing annual budgets and long range plans.
Monitor performance against internal targets and industry/competitor
trends. Analyze and report profitability and cash flow by business
unit. Track product line margins by consumer segment.
· Scrutinizing and challenge operating performance and
forecasts through modeling and trend analysis.
· Participating in ad hoc analysis including feasibility of
pricing programs and customer profitability.
· Preparing monthly operating performance package and senior
management presentations. Provide financial and project team support.

Qualifications include:
· Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA, CPA or
equivalent experience preferred
· 5+ years experience with financial analysis, modeling and
trend analysis. Footwear and/or apparel industry experience a plus.
· Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
· Excel literacy
· Organizational skills; strong communication skills; ability
to multi-task and work independently
