Bancware Consultants assist clients in setting up Bancware's software
suite, which enable financial institutions to forecast income, model
the balance sheet and assess and manage their risks. Tasks include
financial assumption development, financial modeling, training,
software installation, and data management

Budget & Forecasting Implementation Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Direct and advise junior and senior consultants on projects:
lead discussions and advise on best way to setup model, handling
complicated balance sheet items, etc
2. Act as "senior-senior" consultant: Possess expert knowledge of
Bancware software and industry topics; field both types of questions
from consultants, client services, etc. Assist in modeling products,
balance sheets, forecasting philosophies etc that Bancware has not
seen before.
3. Directly implement when current projects exceed current
consulting resources
4. Advise clients on industry and modeling best practices
5. Conduct/Assist in consultant scheduling
6. Conduct Kickoff meetings at client sites to discuss project
plan, and flesh out details of project (client and Bancware
responsibility, etc)
7. Conduct periodic client update calls with assigned projects
(only for largest, highest profile project)
8. Track project vs plan (number of consulting days, etc)
9. Work with client in executing change orders, out of scope items, etc
10. Conduct Internal training of Bancware employees on industry
topics and software
11. Build Project Plans for new implementations: conduct
conference call with client to discuss their balance sheet, modeling
needs, etc. Estimate number of days to complete project
12. Provide feedback to product mgmt and development on how
clients are using the software
13. Travel required (~25%)

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates should possess:

· SRC, Cognos, Peoplesoft, or comparable budgeting software experience
· Direct Budgeting and Forecasting experience
· Technical acumen
· Ability to absorb new concepts quickly
· Demonstrate keen problem-solving ability
· Show exceptional communication and organizational skills.
· Think independently
· Finance and/or accounting academic background
· 7+ yrs experience
· Bank Budgeting and Forecasting experience
· Knowledge of Fixed Income concepts and bank balance sheets
