POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Senior Marketing Consultant/Client Strategy and Implementation Job
Description Serve as the lead consultant and relationship manager for
a portfolio of clients. The key goals are to deliver excellence in
strategic advice, marketing communications and overall service;
maximize customer satisfaction in each relationship; and increase the
revenue each client generates with Intellidyn. The Consultant will
actively assess client needs, identify the business objectives and
challenges in which Intellidyn can help solve, and develop proposals
to achieve client objectives. Based on your personal credibility and
experience in strategic thinking and consulting, clients will feel
confident in discussing their business issues, and will expect an
informed point of view along with objective recommendations.
The Consultant must be sufficiently fluent in consulting and
Intellidyn offerings to frame a client's situation and needs into an
actionable proposal that directly impacts their business strategy. You
are also able to lead a team to develop a consulting or communication
program to the client's satisfactions. These activities enable you to
lead and deliver a profitable client portfolio of consulting and
communication program work.
The Consultant will be involved in leading marketing technology
infrastructure design and build; analyzing and interpreting
statistical models for response, conversion and profile and turning
the analysis into actionable tactics that support the client's
marketing strategy. The Consultant will also be responsible for
working with clients to develop and execute an integrated marketing
communications plan using both direct response and broad media
channels.
Assist the product development team in the ongoing enhancement of
Intellidyn offerings. The Consultant will help to refine these
offerings through an analysis of market needs, competitive offerings,
and Intellidyn competencies. You will be responsible for implementing
new products on an ongoing basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
Profile:Balances personal dynamism and energy with a sense of
ownership, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. A
proactive, analytical thinker who is impatient with the status quo and
eager to make an imprint on the client's marketing activities, and to
enhance Intellidyn's market position. The position reports directly to
the Senior Vice President, Client strategy and Implementation and
offers significant opportunity for advancement based on performance.
Skills and Experience
• Bachelor degree, Marketing concentration
• 7+ years formulating and implementing marketing strategies
• 7+ years account executive/consulting and project management –
prefer agency and client-side experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of marketing strategy, marketing technology
design, statistical modeling techniques and analysis, business
analytics and integrated marketing communications
• Report and presentation writing, and public speaking
• Experience in lending, or financial services a plus.
• Fluency in marketing communications project management
• Consultative cross-selling and upselling of add-on marketing services.
