expanding and has an opening for Sr. Business Consultant.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Business Solutions Consultant is responsible for helping the
clients configure / implement their financial systems throughout the
country. The Business Consultant provides post sales deployment,
business support to clients, and answers customer inquiries concerning
product offerings and technical specifications. This individual will
also work internally with the consulting group and sales to complete
RFP responses, proof of concepts, and provide input to the initial
implementation approach and duration estimates.

REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience with financial system implementation, training,
or consulting
* Successful track record in post-sales, project management with a
software background

Senior SEC/External Reporting Analyst - Keane, Inc. Boston, MA

the US, Canada, Europe and India. Keane is a unique company, in that
it incorporates the stability and experience of a respected, 39
year-old firm with the challenges of an evolving organization in a
dynamic industry. The Corporate Accounting team includes Accounting
Operations, Tax Operations and External Reporting and reports to the
Controller. This pro-active External Reporting group supports
executives directly, while also supporting and partnering with the
Corporate Finance team and Accounting Operations, in order to provide
insight into the application of complex accounting principles.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position will be responsible for all SEC reporting, including the
preparation of Form 8-K, Form 10-Q and Form 10-K filings. Other
responsibilities will include reviewing and preparing earnings
releases, accounting research, mergers and acquisitions due diligence,
and coordination of annual audits with outside auditors. The Senior
SEC/External Reporting Analyst will be involved and responsible for
the research and application of new accounting pronouncements as well
as presenting conclusions to other members of the department and the
Corporate Finance team. Responsibilities will also include helping
the Accounting Operations with the implementation of the accounting
rules. This position also coordinates with the Business, Planning &
Analysis team and Investor and Public Relations in the preparation of
the earnings releases and the annual report. This position also
provides invaluable experience in acquisitions and their integration.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelors degree in Accounting
· CPA with 3-4 years experience in Big 4 public accounting
required, and/or 1-2 years in private
· Strong SEC related and technical accounting skills
· Strong organizational skills are required to work on
numerous tasks concurrently
· Ability to work independently (self-motivated) on production
and special projects
· High degree of reliability in work performed (i.e.
significant self-review)
· Understanding of the business in order to analytically review results
· Ability to research fluctuations in data through the use of
various data retrieval processes
· Ability to communicate and gain confidence of others within
and outside of the department
· Ability to work well as a team and maintain a positive attitude

Additionally, knowledge in Peoplesoft, would be advantageous.
