POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Accenture Institute for High Performance helps Accenture attract
and retain clients by creating innovative, actionable management
insights that are sought out, valued and applied by senior executives
to achieve high performance results. Accenture draws on these insights
to enhance its brand and reputation as a thought leader and business
partner, support its relationships with senior executives, and
contribute to the development of new offerings. The Institute
produces its distinctive insights through a program of rigorous
original research based in deep inquiry and analytic skills, extensive
business knowledge and creativity, informed by Accenture's thorough
understanding of industry conditions and needs.
Job Summary:
* Conducts summarizes research using published sources
* Coordinates interview research by identifying research respondents,
identifying appropriate executives within corporations and
coordinating with Accenture partners
* Participates in research and insight generation as a team member
* Drafts preliminary research findings and case studies intended for
a senior executive audience
* Coordinate all aspects of interviews

REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements:
* Advanced degree (MBA, PhD candidate) in a research discipline or a
Bachelor's degree
* 3-5 years experience conducting primary and secondary research
* Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to
present to senior leadership
* Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
* SAS and/or SPSS competence and firm grounding in multivariate statistics
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, achieving a high quality
project result
* Ability to work on a team and independently
