POSITION DESCRIPTION:
•Prepare annual financial, operational and capital expenditures
budgets •Develop short term and long range financial projections and
margin analysis •Review monthly financial data for Sales, Operations,
R&D, Mktg and G&A •Review and approve capital expenditure requests
•Analyze actual headcount and forecast monthly compensation trends
•Develop financial reports using Oracle report writing and Applix TM1
•Provide monthly financial reports to Sr. Mgmt and other ad hoc
requests •Maintain/track fixed assets •Analyze monthly travel expenses
and trends •Track commission rates on a monthly/quarterly basis

REQUIREMENTS:
•Qualified candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or
Accounting plus 3 - 5 years of actual financial analysis experience
(budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling etc.) or equivalent.
•Able to communicate effectively up and down the organization and work
cross functionally in a team oriented environment.
•Must have strong knowledge of Excel. Experience with Oracle and TM1
helpful, but not required.
