Director of Sales
Meet and exceed budgeted sales; spearhead marketing and sales efforts
both domestically and internationally. Train and manage sales and
marketing staff. Promote artist relations. Maintain high levels of
quality customer service in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
Analyze market trends; develop and carry out plans to maximize
revenues via a concerted sales effort.
Sales experience in music, entertainment, or services preferred, in
addition to working with retail stores. A minimum of 5 years managing
outside/inside sales staff and reps. Excellent written/spoken
communication and presentation skills are a must. Must have a high
energy personality driven by results and an ability to motivate and
mentor subordinates. Willingness to travel is required. International
sales experience is desirable.

CNC Programmer/Machinist
Develop, program, and produce tools and fixtures. Program and run CNC
milling machines. Knowledge of Master-Cam programming, manual
machining, and tool making is preferred. Other CAD knowledge a plus.
Should be an independent self starter.

Key Assembler (FT)
Prepare and install keys to completed flute bodies as required.
Specific duties include building and fitting sub-assemblies to flutes,
installing springs, adjustment screws, corks, and felts. Pre-pad
flutes and complete other duties as assigned. Experience working with
small electronics or other parts, or handicraft experience such as
needlework or jewelry making, is strongly preferred. Exceptional
dexterity skills are a must. High school diploma preferred.
