POSITION DESCRIPTION:
In this position, you will be focusing on strategic and capital projects in driving productivity improvement. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Performing capital forecasting, reuse maximization and asset management
- Working with the Capital Coordinator and Analyst
- Partnering with Industrial Engineer and Corporate Services in developing product and/or factory strategies to improve capital efficiency
- Driving process improvement
- Identifying strategic and/or emerging issues impacting capital equipment forecasting and purchasing
- Driving data gathering and analysis
- Supporting all financial aspects of potential new ventures including business potential valuation, manufacturing capabilities, affordability and cost models, Plan/POR impacts and capital and business plans

REQUIREMENTS:
You must possess an MBA with more than one year of applicable experience or a Bachelor of Arts degree with more than two years of applicable experience. Additional qualifications include:
- Prior experience in capital and/or /strategic in a financial or other related roles
- Excellent technical business acumen
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- An understanding capital process, systems and controls and capacity dynamics
- Excellent orientation for action
- A self-starter with the abilities to balance tactical and strategic priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication,leadership, partnering and influencing skills
