Due to its expanding activities Karoll Finance, a leading Bulgarian REIT management, is seeking to recruit for its headquarters in Sofia: Real estate developer / Project specialist in the field of property management

Successful candidates will possess:
Experience or extensive knowledge in real estate investment management, Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills, Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and teamwork skills, Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bulgarian, Entrepreneurial spirit and professional attitude

Responsibilities include:
Researching land investment opportunities; Investment projects evaluation; Preparation of property management strategies and negotiating deal terms; Establishing and maintaining contacts with foreign partners and clients.
