We are PM AM Corporation, an innovative software boutique in Dallas
with clients across the United States. We have our software
development lab in Mumbai. We are committed to helping clients
innovate in America at Indian cost + high velocity.

PM AM Corporation has been in business for 5 years, and has been
profitable every year. Last year we grew 30% and the year before that
60%. The users of our applications include industry leaders from the
Fortune 500, Fortune 50 and Fortune 5 companies. We also serve
several city Police Departments, managing IT needs on a turnkey basis
and deploying PM AM products. PM AM is a Microsoft ISV partner—quality
certified as equal to/better than Microsoft's own competency—only one
half of one percent of Microsoft partners have ISV status. Having
built our competencies, we are now looking to expand our market reach.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Client Leader position is a multi-stage career path, with a high
level of remuneration at each stage. Initially, we would like you to
help us in your spare time, by pointing us to contacts you may have in
companies and other enterprises that could use our services—either for
the first time, or to diversify their vendor base. While there is a
proven, infinite need in the US for Indian software development, we
have finite resources to reach individual companies—hence we need your
help. You are free to participate at varying effort levels from client
to client—merely referring us to a friend, being present at
conferences and meetings, working alongside us through each
engagement. You could earn a good six figure income just working in
your spare time.

We do not require any actual selling on your part, beyond the
introduction. To help you make the right connections effectively, you
are free to use our support infrastructure—comprehensive information
on technologies/services, market intelligence, staff support, backed
by a state-of-the-art CRM to manage your networking.

We offer you a 100% transparent remuneration schedule, with agreements
honored on an ongoing basis without wait periods. For some projects
(whether or not introduced by you) we may hire you as a Program
Director or Industry Expert based on your expertise—for additional
remuneration. Our end goal is to be able to offer you the option to
work as a full time executive—with a competitive salary, bonus, and
the chance to be a part of a growing company.

REQUIREMENTS:
Professionals with contacts among executives at the C level, VP level
and Director level, who would offer contact/entry points at companies
with revenues over $50 million (with no upper limit), or comparable
enterprises with their own IT departments.
