Job Description: • Identify and size opportunities to extract economic value in key commodities by bringing together spend analysis, benchmarking and process improvement methodologies.• Partner with Sourcing and Procurement Leadership to develop executable sourcing
initiatives for those opportunities, and facilitate knowledge transfer between the OSA and Sourcing Teams.• Partner with Business Unit operating Executives to identify process improvement/optimization opportunities, create the Business Case for change and lead the implementation team.• Leverage analysis and process knowledge to feed into the Segment and Commodity AOP.• Provide Ad hoc analysis and process leadership in support of special projects.• Establish annual work plan with measurable objectives that will deliver hard cost savings.• Appropriately and continually challenge the status quo in our sourcing process and the Company's operating practices driving operational excellence• Explore future sourcing trends and identify new strategies for TWDC Sourcing & Procurement• Participate in TWDC and BU planning processes related to assigned categories• Manage special projects as assigned

Requirements: • Ability to think strategically and internationally
• Ability to build and lead effective cross-functional teams
• Experience in process mapping, benchmarking, and quantifying improvements. Capability to develop a business case and effectively articulate benefits and risk.
• Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholder interests and expectations
• Strong project management experience required
• Outstanding communication skills
• Demonstrated capability in strategically sourcing commodities
• Expertise and application of supply chain management and business process reengineering practices

Desired Qualifications:
• 8-12 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a business consulting environment
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or Masters in Engineering REQUIRED
• Internal/external business consulting experience desired
• Industrial Engineering background
• 6 Sigma methodology experience – possibly Black Belt/Green Belt REQUIRED Other Requirements:
• Willingness to travel (position may require 25% travel)
